Lead Information

If your employer is not yet a partner, we collect your name, email, company name, and optionally your HR contact's name and email to facilitate onboarding.

We may automatically collect certain information when you visit our website, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and pages viewed. This data helps us improve the performance and usability of our services.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • Employment Verification: To verify your identity and employment status against your employer's records.
  • Loan Pre-Qualification: To determine your eligibility for loan products offered through our platform.
  • Communication: To facilitate communication regarding your application, including via WhatsApp for matched verifications.

  • Lead Processing: To process employer onboarding requests for companies not yet in our partner network.

  • Your Employer: To verify your employment status and staff records as part of the Verified Bridge process.
  • Cloud Storage Providers: Your uploaded payslip is securely stored using Cloudinary, a third-party cloud storage service, with appropriate security measures in place.
  • WhatsApp / Meta: If your verification is successful, we generate a WhatsApp link to continue your loan application process. Your interaction on WhatsApp is subject to Meta's privacy policies.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental regulation.

4. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:
